He's Growing Up!!!

Koby was so excited to mow the lawn by himself! He even had to call Grandma and tell her. Hopefully his excitement lasts another 15 years or so. :)

6 Months

Last week I went to my 6 month check up. Everything is going great! I will be scheduled for a c-section around the 18th of December. Where I went into labor before the boys' scheduled c-sections the drs. are thinking the chances are good that I go before the 18th. Time is going to fly!! Can't wait! Koby's b-day is the 8th so who knows we could have an awesome b-day/Christmas present.

OK....it didn't work

The Lake in Our Yard

We got over 3 inches of rain last night. Our yard has now become a lake. It's cold here and I'm having a hard time keeping Brendon out of the water. He decided he could drive his jeep and get close enough without getting wet.

1st Day of 1st Grade

The boys were up at 5:50 this morning because it was "School Day"! I think Brendon was just as excited as Koby for school to start.

5 Month Checkup

We got an ultrasound on the 9th. The baby was moving all over the place. It was neat to feel and see it at the same time. Right now it is breech, but that doesn't matter with me (c-sections) :) The boys are wanting a sister so Mommy isn't the only girl. I guess we'll see. The top ultrasound is the profile...baby looking at you and the bottom one is the baby's spine. (If you click on the picts you can see it better.)

Working Hard with Dad!

Tony has been priming the out-buildings. The boys LOVE painting with him!

The Loss of Our First Pets

Tony brought home two kitties from work a couple months ago. They were barely big enough to wean. We had to feed them every day and became pretty attached, especially Koby. The funny thing was the personalities of the kitty matched the boy. Koby's kitty was calm and Brendon's kitty was rambunctious. This morning Tony came back from work and said the kitties were in his pickup. Koby and I cried. (I didn't realize how much the boys look alike until I put the bottom two pictures on. I had to take a double look at Koby thinking it was Brendon! :) )
