Brendon helped make a gingerbread house at school, so when I was in North Platte last week I picked up a kit. I thought the boys would dive in and want to help......well that lasted about 10 seconds. :)

Koby Turns 8 Today!

I made his birthday cake last night. It turned out cute so I thought I would post a pict now and the rest of the b-day later.

Our Tree

Koby and Brendon helped me decorate our tree while Jacob was napping. The timing was perfect! :) When Jacob woke up, Koby went and got him to show him the tree. He kept saying "wow" and pointing at it. The GREAT news is....Jacob is scared of it!! He hasn't touched it and if he gets too close he turns and crawls away at lightning speed!! I'm hoping that lasts another month!

Fun for a While

Thanksgiving 2008

The kids and I went to my mom and dad's the night before Thanksgiving and stayed through Friday afternoon. We had a little BB Gun shoot for the first time and of course some football! Jacob even wanted to play a little.

On Saturday we met some of Tony's family in North Platte. We ate lunch, went to the Rec Center and did some shopping! The boys had a blast swimming!

Cub Scout Rockets!

I can't believe it's been a month since I posted last!

Koby made a rocket for a Cub Scout Rocket Race. It was lots of fun. Jacob truly enjoyed the cupcake snacks, but he wasn't too happy with me when I wouldn't give him more!
